The Imam’s Vision

"My vision as an Imam is to foster an exemplary community that is grounded on essential Islamic principals. My hope is to do so by purveying the Islamic knowledge to all Muslim community members, and to the youth in particular. Concurrently, I will make every effort to lift all Muslims up spiritually by encouraging the establishment of a deep-seated and authentic relationship with Allah, as well as provide the means for these same members to practice their religion freely, healthily and within a stress-free environment. It is my unique responsibility to ensure that this environment is welcoming and accessible, and not only enables, but consistently encourages each and every member of the community to participate openly. I also want to continue to provide opportunities for our community as a whole to connect with communities of other faiths, and for there to be an intrinsic harmony between each and every person in our Muslim community, and in communities of other faiths."
